Brazilian artificial intelligence startup Nuvia has successfully raised $1.8 million in a new funding round as the company looks to scale its operations across Latin America. The investment was co-led by Amador Capital and Nascent, with additional participation from a roster of regional and international institutional backers including NXTP, Crivo Ventures, Delusional Capital, and Spectra Investimentos.
This fresh capital injection arrives closely on the heels of Nuvia’s previous funding milestone in April 2025, when the company secured $1.7 million to accelerate the deployment of its AI-driven sales and customer service agents. Despite being a relatively young entrant in the competitive technology sector, the startup has quickly attracted the attention of prominent venture capital firms eager to capitalize on the booming demand for enterprise conversational intelligence and automated workflow management in emerging markets.
Established in 2024 by co-founders John Paz, Antero Silva, and Arthur Sorelli, Nuvia specializes in the development of sophisticated artificial intelligence agents designed specifically to handle complex sales pipelines and customer support operations. The company’s core platform bridges the gap between modern communication channels and enterprise backend systems, integrating seamlessly with WhatsApp, Instagram, voice channels, web applications, and email. By connecting these front-end interaction points directly to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other critical business tools, Nuvia allows enterprises to fully automate customer engagements across multiple touchpoints without losing the nuance and responsiveness expected by modern consumers.

With the newly secured $1.8 million in funding, Nuvia plans to embark on a comprehensive growth strategy. The company intends to allocate resources toward platform enhancement, refining its underlying AI models and expanding the feature set of its existing suite of automation tools. Furthermore, a significant portion of the capital will be directed toward scaling up the startup’s internal sales and marketing teams. This workforce expansion is designed to support Nuvia’s broader regional ambitions, allowing the firm to deepen its footprint within its domestic Brazilian market while actively establishing a stronger presence in key Spanish-speaking Latin American countries and other target international territories.
Nuvia’s commercial traction demonstrates a strong demand for its technology across diverse industries and geographic borders. Approximately 90% of the startup’s current client base is concentrated within Brazil, reflecting its strong initial product-market fit at home. However, the company has already begun laying the groundwork for regional dominance, counting a growing roster of active enterprise customers in Mexico, Colombia, and the Iberian Peninsula.
The practical efficacy of Nuvia’s AI agents has been underscored by high-profile operational successes during peak retail periods. For instance, during the Easter holiday shopping rush, renowned Brazilian chocolatier Chocolat Du Jour utilized Nuvia’s platform to manage an extraordinary volume of consumer inquiries. The luxury brand successfully handled approximately 25,000 customer interactions in a span of less than eight days. Notably, Nuvia’s AI agents independently managed and resolved 91% of these total conversations, highlighting the platform’s capacity to absorb massive surges in consumer demand while maintaining operational efficiency and reducing the strain on human support teams.
As the enterprise software landscape continues to evolve, startups like Nuvia are positioning themselves at the forefront of the digital transformation wave sweeping through Latin America. By addressing the acute operational bottlenecks associated with high-volume customer service and B2B sales development, the company has carved out a distinct niche in a crowded global AI market. With renewed financial backing from Amador Capital, Nascent, and their co-investors, Nuvia is well-equipped to execute its strategic roadmap, supporting businesses across the region as they transition toward automated, intelligence-driven customer engagement models.
