Argentine Fintech Startup UIN Secures $2 Million Seed Round to Scale Behavioral Infrastructure Across Latin America

Argentine fintech startup UIN has successfully raised $2 million in a seed funding round led by EWA Capital, marking a significant milestone for the company as it seeks to scale its behavioral infrastructure technology across Latin America. The funding round also drew participation from a diverse group of regional and international investors, including Driven VC, Brazilian Venture Capital, ADN, GAIN, New Ventures, AngelHub, Ferter, LAN Accelerator, and prominent entrepreneur Santiago Siri.

The fresh capital will enable UIN to accelerate its growth strategy by expanding its sales and technology teams, refining its core product offerings, and deepening its market penetration across several key Latin American countries. Operating out of a headquarters in Buenos Aires with a dedicated team of twelve professionals, UIN currently provides its services in Argentina, Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador, positioning itself at the intersection of financial technology, behavioral science, and artificial intelligence.

UIN was founded by industry veterans Facundo Corsi and Manuel Heredia, who bring valuable entrepreneurial and technical experience to the venture. Corsi previously founded n1u, a prominent digital wallet that successfully scaled to reach nearly two million users in Argentina, while Heredia served alongside him as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. Drawing from their extensive background in the region’s digital finance ecosystem, the co-founders designed UIN to address one of the most persistent challenges facing modern financial institutions and digital service providers: user engagement and retention.
