Brazilian startup Imersa has successfully secured $50,000 in its first funding round, marking a significant early milestone for the artificial intelligence company as it develops its flagship B2B sales technology. The initial capital injection came from angel investor Flávio Szenkier and values the young enterprise at approximately $750,000.
The transaction is structured to support Imersa’s ongoing development milestones. The investment package includes an initial disbursement of $30,000, with an additional $20,000 directly tied to specific performance targets that the company aims to achieve in the near term. Building on this momentum, the startup is already looking ahead to the next phase of its financial growth, with plans to raise an additional $100,000 from a broader network of angel investors and venture capital funds.
Founded in 2023, Imersa operates in the competitive and rapidly evolving sales technology sector. The company specializes in the development of an advanced AI sales copilot designed to transform how business-to-business sales teams operate. The platform’s core technology analyzes live B2B sales conversations in real time, detecting nuanced customer objections as they arise during pitches and negotiations. Beyond real-time analysis, the system provides immediate feedback and structured training simulations, equipping sales professionals with the insights they need to refine their pitch, overcome persistent hurdles, and ultimately improve their overall conversion rates and performance metrics.

The freshly secured capital will be deployed across several strategic areas crucial for the startup’s expansion. Imersa plans to channel the funds into technological enhancements to make its AI copilot even more responsive and accurate. Additionally, the company intends to hire specialized researchers to deepen its technical capabilities and invest in acquiring comprehensive B2B market data to train and refine its algorithms.
As part of its broader operational growth strategy, Imersa is preparing to relocate its headquarters to São Paulo, Brazil’s premier economic and technological hub, positioning the startup closer to major enterprise clients, top-tier talent, and key financial networks. Alongside the relocation, the company aims to double the size of its current seven-person team, bringing on new talent across engineering, product development, and go-to-market functions to support its scaling ambitions.
Before pivoting entirely to the development of its proprietary AI platform, Imersa established a strong foundation in the broader commercial sector. The founding team gained deep industry experience by providing specialized sales training and demand generation services to a diverse portfolio of more than 100 clients. This extensive hands-on background gave the founders critical insights into the daily friction points, inefficiencies, and training gaps faced by modern sales organizations, directly informing the design and functionality of their current AI sales copilot.
