Argentine fintech startup Rebill has successfully raised $5.4 million in a pre-Series A funding round, a milestone that brings the company’s total funding to more than $9 million since its inception. The latest financial injection attracted participation from a powerhouse lineup of prominent global investors and industry leaders, including Tiger Global, Y Combinator, SV Angel, Soma Capital, Guillermo Rauch, and Arash Ferdowsi. This backing underscores the growing investor confidence in cross-border payment infrastructure solutions designed specifically to streamline and simplify financial operations for businesses expanding across Latin America and beyond.
Founded in 2020, Rebill has dedicated itself to solving one of the most persistent operational hurdles for growing companies operating internationally: the complex web of localized payment processing rules. The company provides a robust payment infrastructure that allows businesses to seamlessly accept local payment methods in various countries without the traditional requirement of establishing a physical local legal entity in each distinct market. By eliminating this costly and time-consuming administrative bottleneck, Rebill enables merchants to accelerate their international footprint with minimal friction. Currently, the company maintains an active operational presence across several key territories, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and the United States, positioning itself as a vital bridge for commerce across the Americas.

The newly secured capital will be strategically deployed to fuel the company’s next phase of growth. Rebill plans to utilize the funds to deepen its market penetration across its existing operating countries, attract larger enterprise-level clients, and significantly expand two of its core service offerings: Rebill Treasury and Rebill Platforms. Rebill Treasury is designed to assist corporations in efficiently managing and optimizing funds across multiple currencies, addressing the volatile currency management challenges frequently faced by cross-border enterprises in emerging markets. Meanwhile, Rebill Platforms empowers software companies and digital marketplaces to offer integrated payment services directly under their own proprietary brands, opening up new revenue streams and enhancing customer retention for tech platforms.
The funding announcement follows a period of remarkable commercial momentum for the fintech firm. Between January and September of 2026, Rebill experienced explosive growth, successfully quadrupling its number of active merchants while simultaneously tripling its overall monthly payment volume. This rapid scaling reflects an increasing market demand for unified payment solutions that can handle the intricacies of Latin American financial ecosystems while maintaining reliability and compliance. Rebill’s expanding client portfolio features a diverse range of prominent digital businesses, including educational platform Henry, assistance services provider Assist 365, and online tech school TripleTen, all of which rely on Rebill’s infrastructure to streamline their financial transactions.
