Argentine fintech startup Rebill has successfully raised $5.4 million in a pre-Series A funding round, pushing its total capital raised to more than $9 million since its inception. The fresh injection of capital underscores growing investor confidence in cross-border payment solutions tailored for the Latin American market and beyond.
The latest funding round attracted participation from a prominent roster of venture capital heavyweights and industry leaders. Backers in this round included Tiger Global, renowned startup accelerator Y Combinator, SV Angel, and Soma Capital. In addition to these institutional funds, the round saw high-profile individual investments from Guillermo Rauch, founder and CEO of Vercel, and Arash Ferdowsi, co-founder of Dropbox. This diverse group of investors brings both financial backing and deep technological expertise to the table as Rebill enters its next phase of commercial growth.
Founded in 2020, Rebill operates in a complex and often fragmented financial landscape, providing a specialized payment infrastructure designed to streamline transactions for businesses scaling internationally. The company’s core platform allows merchants and digital enterprises to accept local payment methods in various countries without the traditional administrative and financial burden of establishing a separate legal entity in each individual market. By eliminating the need for local corporate setups, Rebill significantly lowers the barrier to entry for businesses looking to expand their geographic footprint.
Currently, Rebill’s operational footprint spans multiple key economies in the Western Hemisphere, providing localized payment solutions in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and the United States. This strategic multi-country presence positions the fintech to capture an increasing share of the booming cross-border e-commerce and digital services market across the region.

The company plans to deploy the newly secured $5.4 million pre-Series A capital to accelerate its growth trajectories across its existing markets. A primary focus of this expansion strategy is attracting larger, enterprise-level clients that require robust, scalable, and multi-jurisdictional payment capabilities.
Furthermore, the funding will be channeled into scaling two of the company’s specialized service offerings: Rebill Treasury and Rebill Platforms. Rebill Treasury is designed to help modern companies effectively manage funds across multiple currencies, mitigating foreign exchange risks and simplifying corporate liquidity management. Meanwhile, Rebill Platforms targets software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies and digital marketplaces, enabling them to seamlessly embed and offer integrated payment services to their own customers under their proprietary brand names.
The capital raise follows a period of exceptional commercial momentum for the startup. Between January and September of 2026, Rebill experienced exponential growth across key operational metrics, successfully quadrupling its number of active merchants while tripling its total monthly payment volume. This rapid scaling reflects the escalating demand for streamlined payment infrastructure that can navigate Latin America’s diverse regulatory and financial ecosystems.
Rebill’s expanding client portfolio features a diverse mix of fast-growing companies and established digital platforms across the region. Among its notable clients are online educational platform Henry, travel assistance provider Assist 365, and global tech education provider TripleTen. As these clients and others continue to scale their operations across borders, Rebill’s underlying infrastructure serves as a critical technological bridge connecting businesses with local payment ecosystems.
