Brazilian AI Startup Imersa Secures $50,000 in Seed Funding to Fuel Sales Copilot Growth

Brazilian artificial intelligence startup Imersa has successfully secured $50,000 in its first funding round from investor Flávio Szenkier. The early-stage investment values the emerging B2B technology company at approximately $750,000 and marks a significant milestone for the firm as it looks to accelerate the development of its flagship sales technology platform.

The newly announced investment structure includes an initial disbursement of $30,000, with an additional $20,000 tied directly to specific performance targets. Building upon this initial momentum, Imersa is already planning to raise an additional $100,000 through subsequent fundraising efforts targeted at angel investors and venture capital funds. This capital injection comes at a pivotal time for the company, which was officially founded in 2023 and has been steadily building its presence in the competitive Latin American technology sector.

At the core of Imersa’s business model is an innovative AI sales copilot designed specifically for business-to-business environments. The platform functions by analyzing live B2B sales conversations in real time, giving sales organizations the ability to instantly identify customer objections, evaluate team performance, and deploy targeted feedback. Additionally, the software features training simulations created to help sales representatives systematically improve their techniques and close deals more effectively.

Imersa raises $50K to develop AI sales copilot

Before pivoting toward its current software-as-a-service model and launching its proprietary AI platform, the founders of Imersa cut their teeth providing hands-on sales training and comprehensive demand generation services. Through this foundational work, the startup successfully collaborated with more than 100 clients, gaining deep, firsthand insights into the everyday pain points, bottlenecks, and operational challenges faced by corporate sales departments. This extensive background in client service heavily influenced the development of their automated sales copilot, ensuring that the software addresses real-world corporate needs rather than theoretical use cases.

With the fresh capital secured from its latest funding round, Imersa has outlined an aggressive growth roadmap for the near future. The company intends to allocate a significant portion of the funds toward technological enhancements, allowing its engineering and product teams to refine the AI copilot’s real-time analytical capabilities. Furthermore, the startup plans to invest in top-tier research talent and acquire comprehensive B2B market data to sharpen the predictive accuracy of its software.

As part of its broader expansion strategy, Imersa is preparing to relocate its headquarters to São Paulo, Brazil’s premier economic and technology hub, positioning the young company closer to key enterprise clients, strategic partners, and venture capital networks. Alongside the relocation, the firm aims to double the size of its current seven-person team, bringing in specialized researchers, developers, and sales professionals to support its growing operational demands and customer base across the region.
