Brazilian artificial intelligence startup Imersa has successfully secured $50,000 in its first funding round from investor Flávio Szenkier. The early-stage investment values the emerging B2B technology company at approximately $750,000, marking a significant milestone for the firm as it looks to expand its footprint in the competitive enterprise software market.
The newly announced investment structure is divided into phases, with an initial disbursement of $30,000 alongside an additional $20,000 tied directly to specific performance targets. Building on this momentum, Imersa is already setting its sights on a larger fundraising goal, planning to secure an additional $100,000 through a combination of angel investors and venture capital funds in the near future.

Founded in 2023, Imersa specializes in the development of an advanced AI sales copilot designed specifically for business-to-business environments. The company’s core technology is engineered to analyze B2B sales conversations in real time, giving sales organizations the ability to instantly identify customer objections, uncover market trends, and refine their overall messaging. Furthermore, the platform provides robust feedback mechanisms and training simulations tailored to help sales teams significantly improve their conversion rates and overall performance on the ground.
The fresh capital injection will be deployed across several key areas of the business. Imersa plans to use the funds to further refine and enhance its proprietary technology, hire specialized researchers to advance its artificial intelligence capabilities, and acquire valuable B2B market data to sharpen its product offerings. In addition to technological upgrades, the startup has outlined strategic operational changes, including relocating its headquarters to São Paulo—Brazil’s primary economic and technological hub—and doubling the size of its current seven-person team to accommodate growing enterprise demand.
Before pivoting toward the development and launch of its proprietary AI platform, the founders of Imersa established a solid foundation in the regional tech and sales ecosystem by providing traditional sales training and demand generation services. Through this foundational work, the company accumulated extensive industry experience and successfully served more than 100 clients, giving its leadership deep insights into the exact pain points and operational hurdles that modern sales teams face in the Latin American market and beyond.
