Founded in 2025 by Ari Polakof, Alen Polakof, and Juan Alzugaray, Flai specializes in developing advanced AI agents tailored specifically for automotive dealerships. The company’s proprietary platform is designed to automate and streamline a wide array of front-office and administrative tasks that typically require substantial human resource hours. By handling customer phone calls, processing incoming text messages, responding to emails, scheduling service and sales appointments, sending automated maintenance reminders, and maintaining consistent follow-ups with prospective car buyers, Flai’s technology aims to ensure that dealerships never miss a lead. Furthermore, the platform seamlessly integrates with existing dealership management systems and customer relationship management software, allowing for frictionless adoption without disrupting legacy workflows.

The newly secured $27 million in Series A funding will be deployed strategically to accelerate Flai’s aggressive growth trajectory. The company plans to use the capital to attract new enterprise customers, deepen engagement and drive higher sales volume within its existing client base, and rapidly expand its internal workforce. In addition to scaling its operations in the United States, Flai has also announced concrete international expansion plans, scheduling the opening of a new regional office in Uruguay in November 2026. This move highlights the founders’ ongoing commitment to their home country, creating high-skilled technology jobs in Latin America while simultaneously serving the massive U.S. automotive market.
Flai’s rapid ascent in the competitive artificial intelligence landscape is reflected in its impressive operational metrics. The startup currently schedules more than 50,000 appointments every single month and counts over 10 of the 50 largest automotive dealership groups in the United States among its growing roster of enterprise clients. This widespread adoption has translated into extraordinary financial growth, with the company’s revenue multiplying twentyfold over the past year alone. Parallel to this commercial expansion, Flai’s internal team has scaled dramatically, growing from its original three co-founders to a robust organization of approximately 40 employees, a workforce that is expected to grow further as the company executes its post-funding expansion strategy.
