Brazilian B2B Sales Tech Startup Imersa Secures $50,000 in First Funding Round to Fuel AI Copilot Development

Brazilian startup Imersa has successfully secured $50,000 in its first funding round, backing from investor Flávio Szenkier that values the emerging artificial intelligence enterprise at approximately $750,000. The newly acquired capital marks a critical milestone for the young company as it looks to accelerate the development of its specialized sales technology and expand its market presence across Latin America’s largest economy.

The investment structure is divided into distinct milestones, comprising an initial infusion of $30,000 alongside an additional $20,000 that is directly tied to the achievement of specific performance targets. Building upon this initial momentum, Imersa is already looking ahead to a broader fundraising horizon, actively planning to secure an additional $100,000 from a combination of angel investors and venture capital funds to further scale its operations.

Founded in 2023, Imersa operates at the intersection of artificial intelligence and commercial sales enablement. The company specializes in the development of an advanced AI sales copilot designed to transform how business-to-business organizations handle commercial outreach and deal closure. The platform functions by analyzing live B2B sales conversations in real time, granting sales managers and representatives immediate technological leverage. By actively listening and processing dialogue, the system is capable of instantly identifying customer objections, surfacing critical insights, and delivering targeted feedback. Furthermore, the platform incorporates sophisticated training simulations crafted to help sales teams continuously refine their pitching techniques, overcome recurring hurdles, and significantly improve their overall closing performance.

Imersa raises $50K to develop AI sales copilot

The path to developing this cutting-edge software is rooted in extensive industry experience. Before officially launching its proprietary technology platform, the founding team behind Imersa built a strong operational foundation by providing dedicated sales training and comprehensive demand generation services to a robust portfolio of more than 100 clients. This hands-on background provided the startup with deep, practical insights into the daily friction points, bottlenecks, and communication challenges faced by modern sales departments, directly inspiring the creation of their automated AI solution.

With the fresh capital secured from Flávio Szenkier, Imersa has outlined an ambitious roadmap for growth and corporate expansion. The company intends to allocate a significant portion of the funds toward enhancing its core technological infrastructure, refining its natural language processing capabilities, and embedding more advanced machine learning models into its sales copilot. Additionally, the startup plans to invest in recruiting top-tier researchers to advance its product capabilities and acquire high-value B2B market data to sharpen the analytical accuracy of its platform.

Beyond product development, Imersa is preparing for a physical and organizational scaling phase. The startup plans to relocate its headquarters to São Paulo, recognized as the premier tech and financial hub of Brazil, positioning the company closer to key enterprise clients, financial partners, and a broader talent pool. Alongside this strategic move, Imersa aims to double the size of its current seven-person team, bringing on new engineering, product, and commercial talent to support its next chapter of growth. As the company continues to advance its fundraising efforts and develop its technology, it remains focused on redefining how B2B sales teams leverage artificial intelligence to navigate complex customer conversations and drive commercial success.
