Nuvia raises $1.8M to expand AI sales agents across Latin America

This fresh capital injection arrives closely on the heels of Nuvia’s previous $1.7 million funding round, which was closed in April 2025. Together, these consecutive investments highlight a strong and sustained wave of investor confidence in the startup’s technological approach to business-to-business sales and customer service automation. In a remarkably short span since its inception, the company has managed to position itself as a notable player within the burgeoning Latin American enterprise technology ecosystem, drawing backing from prominent investors who specialize in scaling early-stage software and AI ventures.

Established in 2024 by a founding trio consisting of John Paz, Antero Silva, and Arthur Sorelli, Nuvia specializes in the development of sophisticated artificial intelligence agents designed specifically to handle complex sales pipelines and customer service interactions. The company’s core platform is engineered to bridge the gap between traditional communication channels and modern enterprise software infrastructure. By seamlessly integrating widely used consumer and business communication mediums—including WhatsApp, Instagram, direct voice channels, web interfaces, and email—with established Customer Relationship Management systems and a variety of other essential business tools, Nuvia enables organizations to automate and streamline their customer engagement workflows across multiple touchpoints simultaneously.

The newly secured $1.8 million will be deployed strategically across several key areas of the business. Nuvia plans to dedicate a substantial portion of the capital toward further refining and improving its core platform technology, ensuring that its AI agents remain at the cutting edge of natural language processing and workflow automation. In addition to technological upgrades, the startup intends to aggressively expand its sales and marketing teams to capture a larger share of the market. Furthermore, the funds will support Nuvia’s broader regional expansion strategy, facilitating deeper penetration into the Brazilian domestic market while accelerating its growth trajectory into other key Latin American territories.

Nuvia raises $1.8M to expand AI sales agents across Latin America

While Nuvia maintains a strong operational footprint in its home country—with approximately 90 percent of its active client base currently situated in Brazil—the startup has already begun establishing an international footprint. Beyond Brazilian borders, the company currently serves enterprise customers located in Mexico, Colombia, and the Iberia region, signaling an ability to scale its localized AI solutions across different linguistic and cultural landscapes within the Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.

The practical efficacy of Nuvia’s technology has already been demonstrated in high-volume commercial environments. During the recent Easter holiday season, Chocolat Du Jour, a prominent brand, deployed Nuvia’s AI agents to manage a massive surge in consumer demand. The system successfully handled approximately 25,000 individual customer interactions in a span of less than eight days. Notably, Nuvia’s artificial intelligence agents independently managed 91 percent of those total conversations without requiring human intervention, showcasing the platform’s capability to alleviate operational bottlenecks and maintain high standards of customer responsiveness during peak retail periods.

As Nuvia continues to deploy its capital and scale its operations throughout Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and beyond, the startup aims to solidify its standing as a leading infrastructure provider for automated B2B sales and customer support in the region.
